Privacy
We set no advertising cookies and run no analytics. We do not sell or rent anyone's information, ever.
This site has a chat assistant, the small button in the corner. It is run for us by Zenoti and its partner Simplified.io, who provide our booking system. Two things are worth knowing about it.
Every page load contacts Zenoti. The chat button has to load its settings before it can appear, so opening any page on this site sends a request to Zenoti's servers, which includes your IP address. The same page load pulls a font file from Google. That happens whether or not you ever open the chat.
If you open the chat, what you type goes to Zenoti. Anything you enter, your name, phone number, what you are asking about, and any appointment you book, is handled by Zenoti under their privacy policy. Questions you ask may be processed by an AI service so the assistant can understand them. If you book through the chat and a card is required to hold the appointment, your card details are entered into Zenoti's system, not ours. The chat also stores one small marker in your browser so it remembers you closed it. That marker is cleared when you close your browser tab.
If you never open the chat, nothing you do on this site is recorded by us beyond the page loads described above.
You can always skip the chat entirely. Calling or texting us at the number below reaches us directly, and that conversation is between you and us.
Medical and service disclaimer
Valley Vitality IV provides mobile IV hydration services in Arizona under the oversight of a licensed Arizona physician serving as medical director. All IV services are provided only pursuant to an individualized order issued by a licensed medical provider following an assessment, consistent with Arizona nursing regulations. IV therapy is administered by a licensed registered nurse. These services are intended to support hydration and general wellness. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and are not a substitute for emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911. Individual results vary.

You can book by phone, by text, or through the chat assistant on this site. Booking, cancellation and payment terms are set out to you at the time you book. Payments taken through the chat are processed by Zenoti, our booking provider, and not by this website.
